---

Transactions at jaya9 station can currently be made using bKash, Nagad and Rocket mobile banking. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the mobile number registered on the account.
• To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, jaya9 station may temporarily hold the withdrawal for verification.

jaya9 station only accepts funds from legitimate sources. Providing false information about the source of funds will result in account closure.

---

jaya9 station provides promotional offers from time to time. It is important to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus and ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 Other General Bonus Terms

• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
• jaya9 station reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of fraud or misuse is found.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be automatically removed once the period expires.

---

The following general rules apply to sports betting, casino and slot games on jaya9 station:

• All bets are settled once finalised. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless jaya9 station itself cancels it for a specific reason.
• The right is reserved to correct odds offered on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information.
• If a technical error results in an incorrect payout amount, this will be corrected afterwards.
• Betting using multiple accounts or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• No bets will be accepted after a betting market has closed.

5.1 Casino and Slot Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no way to know or predict game outcomes in advance. Each spin or hand is independent and does not depend on previous results.

---

jaya9 station's VIP programme has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Users move up to higher levels gradually based on their regular gaming activity.

• Bronze members receive up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold members receive up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is the total weekly loss minus total winnings. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account and standard withdrawal rules apply.

jaya9 station reserves the right to modify the VIP programme terms or discontinue the programme at any time. Details of level criteria and benefits are available in the VIP section of the platform.

---

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya9 station platform:

• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse, or multiple individuals jointly claiming bonuses.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors for gain.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorised access.
• Placing a bet when the outcome is certain or when knowledge of match-fixing exists.
• Using the platform for money laundering.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
